Learn more about the Pasika brand
The founder of the brand is Alena Dobrynska, who in 2023 decided to start her own business and chose the path of modern, responsible beekeeping.
Pasika was born from the desire to create a product that is not to be ashamed of — natural, transparent, and authentic. Without compromising on quality, without artificial additives, and without haste.
This is a small apiary where quantity is not important, but the result is honey that is trusted.
We believe that quality honey begins with respect for bees and nature.
Bees collect nectar from wild and garden flowers of Polissya — without artificial fertilization.
Before honey reaches us, it matures in the honeycombs. The bees themselves reduce the humidity and seal the honey with wax caps — this is a sign that the product is ready. We collect honey only when it is fully mature.
We carefully remove only a portion of the sealed frames, leaving enough honey for the bees themselves — without harming their development.
Before pumping, the honeycombs are unsealed, preserving the honey's structure and its natural properties.
The honey is gently extracted in a honey extractor without heating. We do not use high temperatures to preserve the beneficial enzymes and aroma.
After pumping, the honey is naturally settled to remove air bubbles and wax residues. We use only gentle filtration, without disturbing the structure of the product.
The finished honey is poured into glass jars and hermetically sealed. Each batch undergoes visual quality control.
Honey is stored in appropriate conditions, away from light and heat, and delivered to customers in the form in which we consume it ourselves.

Where our honey is born
Our apiary is located in the ecologically clean region of Polissya, far from industrial zones and major highways.
All around are blooming meadows, forests, and natural spaces where bees collect nectar from various grasses, garden, and wildflowers.
That's why Pasika honey has a natural taste, aroma, and texture that change from season to season — just as nature intended.
